     We are all Swiss-lets who
have made their way out into the world. So I visited the two
bright stars from the Architect-Designer-Scene to CONNECT
them and their cities to your screen.

Nina Hagen. This holiday season I traveled to my friends
Tina Rothermund & Anne-Rachel Schiffmann
who have opened their book of personal favorites to you.

     No one needs to tell you that the New York City borough of
BROOKLYN is hot. But DUMBO – an acronym for Down Under
the Manhattan Bridge Overpass – is burning hot!
VINEGAR HILL HOUSE is a super cute restaurant, great service,
the food is delicious and, hey, if the actrice Kirsten Dunst was
there too, what are you, waiting for?!
     If you are back on the island of MANHATTAN and you
find yourself in desperate need of some swissness, absolutely
check-out CAFÉ SELECT by the renowned swiss-DJ
Oliver Stumm. Swiss coffee, croissant (ok, maybe too american and greasy), but the cappucino is thrilling.

     The Senegalese restaurant ABISTRO is our “HOT PLACE
NEW YORK” in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. You will be amazed
by the incredible spices and the west african inspired menues. The hostess of this cozy restaurant even escorted us
with an umbrella to the waiting taxi outside. If the rain pours...
Abistro will make you feel home right away!
     Since you are already in the neighbourhood, don’t forget
to check out the BAM – BROOKLYN ACADEMY OF MUSIC
with their progressive performing and arts!
